All snowmobiles and ATV/UTV/SxS, on the NEP Sno and ATV /SxS Trail system must be registered with the club, have a valid PA state registration (or registered in a reciprocating state recognized by PA DCNR) and carry liability insurance.

To join the club you may register online and pay via credit card or PayPal; or download the form on the registration page, complete the information, and mail in with your payment. Your ID sticker which you must display on your snowmobile or ATV/UTV/SxS will be mailed to you as well as a map, at this time there is no map for ATV / SxS. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Early registration discount memberships can only be purchased online or by mail (snowmobile season only). In season memberships may be purchased online, by mail, or purchased at any of the point of sale locations listed on the Trail Pass Locations pages (for Snowmobile and ATV seasons).

Only NEP Sno and ATV / SxS Trail club officers enforce trail pass registrations. Be prepared for trail pass checkpoints by having your sticker visibly displayed on the left side windshield or hood/cowl. The penalty for being on the NEP Sno and ATV / SxS Trail, without a valid NEP Sno and ATV / SxS Trail Registration is $140 for snowmobiles or a $180 for ATV / SxS (+costs if forwarded to a magistrate) per snowmobile or ATV / SxS. State law enforcement agencies may also be present, which could lead to a $300 fine, plus magistrate fines.
